CBA, with its team led by Stefano Petrecca, obtained the total annulment by the Revenue Agency – Rome Department, of a tax audit report issued by the Tax Police. The report hypothesised a tax inversion issue regarding some foreign companies of the group Elafood International (European Leader in the import export of seafood products) and claimed the non-filing of the relative tax returns and consequent tax payment for an amount of several millions of Euros regarding a number of years. The sole Director and owner of the group was also formally charged.
