CBA defends SMA Road Safety before the Hague Court against multinational Zavod Prodmash in a counterfeiting case

CBA’s partner Mattia Dalla Costa defended SMA Road Safety (a leading company based in Caserta active in the concept, engineering and manufacturing of restraint systems, such as crash cushions) before the Hague Court, and won against Russian multinational Zavod Prodmash, in a case for counterfeiting of a crash cushion, which was "copied" and purported to be an original spare part.
