CBA’s team headed by Diego De Francesco and Francesca Marchiori assisted Principia SGR in the joint acquisition, with Principia Health fund, of a 70% stake in Trifarma pharmaceutics group (an Italian group active in the manufacturing and marketing of APIs – active substances for pharmaceutic industry –specialized in antibiotics and drugs for the nervous system). The transaction will enable Trifarma to achieve some strategic goals, among which, generational handover and solid enhancement of leadership, as new managers endowed with international expertise will join the firm.
