CBA with Castello SGR in the set-up of a real estate FIA and investment in two photovoltaic plants

The Obton group, specialised in the development and management of renewable energy plants, as an investor in the Fusion fund, managed by Castello SGR, received a loan from Banco Bpm for the purchase of two greenhouse photovoltaic plants. The CBA team led by Francesco Assegnati advised Castello SGR with the fiscal and regulatory aspects of setting up the fund and structuring the operation.
