CBA, with a team led by Francesco Dialti and the involvement of Vincenzo Cimmino, Sean Parker and Lucrezia Ghezzi, advised the lending banks (with JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. as Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner, Sole Global Coordinator and Administrative Agent) as counsel under Italian law, with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as main legal counsel, in relation to the repricing of two existing loans to Carnival Group, totalling approximately $2.75 billion.

As part of the repricing, Carnival also made partial early repayments.
