CBA beside Springrowth on a 500 mn target direct lending fund

CBA’s team led by Roberto Brustia and Federica Rota assisted Springrowth SGR S.p.A. in the procedure for the authorisation to act as asset manager underway with Banca di Italia, and in the structuring of a Diversified Lending Fund for Businesses where the European Investment Fund will invest Euro 50 million.
This Italian (closed-end, reserved) alternative investment fund has an aggregate raising target of Euro 500 million.
