CBA, with a team led by Francesco Dialti and composed of Vincenzo Cimmino and Lucrezia Ghezzi, assisted Banco BPM in relation to a financing operation granted in favour of Vimercati, a leading company in the sector for the design and industrial production of components, switches and devices for the automotive market and part of the Indian multinational group Viney Corporation Private LTD.

CBA provided assistance to the financing bank in relation to the drafting and negotiation of financial documentation.
