CBA assists KI-KELAG on the acquisition of Idroelettrica Alpina srl

The CBA team coordinated by Paolo Esposito provided assistance to KI-KELAG International GmbH – an Austrian company operating in the fields of hydropower, wind power, energy, and photovoltaics – on the acquisition of 95% of Idroelettrica Alpina Srl. CBA covered all the legal aspects of the transaction, ranging from due diligence to the signing and performance of the investment agreement and Shareholders’ agreements.
