CBA assists DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR in the acquisition of receivables and legal and tax profiles for the launch of the Idea CCR II fund

The BoD of DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR resolved to launch the Idea CCR II fund, the second fund dedicated to Debtor-in-Possession (DiP) Financing transactions on the Italian market. DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR was advised by CBA for the acquisition of receivables and the legal and tax profiles of the transaction.
