CBA appoints Three New Partners
Good news in CBA’s management: Barbara Sartori and Daniela Sorgato of the Padua office, and labour lawyer Gianvito Riccio attained partnership.
CBA aims at developing two of its departments: Labour law and consultancy for local businesses.
With these new appointments, CBA aims to consolidate and grow further in two important practice areas: Labour Law, with Gianvito Riccio heading a team of professionals that provide assistance and consultancy on labour matters, industrial relations and commercial agency, and also offer their clients the appropriate tools to deal with the changing needs of the domestic and international economic scenario.
They also advise SMEs and large companies: CBA is a law firm strongly rooted over the territory – Barbara Sartori and Daniela Sorgato work in the Padua office – the former with a strong international vocation in information technology, trademarks, patents, names and domains design as well as in advertising and unfair competition; while the latter is committed to litigation, banking and corporate restructuring and extraordinary operations. Such specialties allow CBA to offer tailor-made services and consultancy to all types of clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs, to multinationals, investment funds and big corporations.
The new appointments increase the number of CBA partners, many of which grew up within the law firm.
