CBA has advised VI.BE.MAC, a company that manufactures automatic industrial sewing machines, on the tax and legal issues (with a team composed of Giuseppe A. Galeano and Emanuela Sabbatino) and the labour issues (Gianvito Riccio), on an overall deal of approximately € 23mn for the acquisition of an 80% stake in its capital by worldwide giant Jack Sewing Machine Co..
