CBA advises TEICOS on the group's strategic reorganisation
TEICOS GROUP, a leading company in the redevelopment of public and private real estate, has completed a complex and extensive process of corporate restructuring and streamlining with the support of CBA Studio Legale e Tributario.
The group, active for more than thirty years, has stood out as one of the most dynamic operators in the market for its ability to seamlessly integrate energy-efficient building redevelopment with enhancements in safety, health, accessibility, and residential comfort, adopting innovative technologies and processes. This approach has enabled the group to grow rapidly over the last ten years, expanding its technological and geographical diversification activities to strengthen its market position.
The new corporate structure, overseen by the industrial holding company Teicos Company S.r.l., enables a clearer focus on its core business areas: Teicos Costruzioni S.r.l., specialising in real estate development, Teicos UE S.r.l., focused on construction and redevelopment projects for third parties in the public and private sectors, and Teicos Energia S.r.l. for the integration of renewable energy and energy efficiency in buildings.
Founding partners Giorgio Albinati and Guido Hugony have charted a strategic course to equip the group with the governance necessary to tackle future industry challenges, aligning with its growth objectives, while fostering synergies with industrial and financial partners, ensuring solid generational continuity.
CBA Studio Legale e Tributario team, led by partners Leonardo Reggio and Nicola Canessa, supported by senior associate Bruno Ruscio and associate Gioacchino Vivona, advised on the planning of the transaction and on the tax and corporate law aspects.
