CBA acted as Italian law counsel to the lending banks in the repricing of two existing financings for Carnival Group, with a total value of approximately USD 2.45 billion.

The CBA team was led by partner Francesco Dialti, supported by senior associate Vincenzo Cimmino and associate Sean Parker.

The pool of lending banks was led by J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., which acted as lead arranger, joint bookrunner, and sole global coordinator, and was assisted by Simpson Thacher as main legal counsel.

Norton Rose Fulbright advised Carnival on Italian law matters, with a team led by partner Gennaro Mazzuoccolo, supported by associates Chiara Conti and Leone Sgaravatti.
