CBA advises the pool of banks involved in Borgosesia’s restructuring

CBA’s team headed by Matteo Bascelli assisted the pool of lending banks in the debt restructuring transaction of Borgosesia – a company listed in the Stock Market Index operated by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and active in the textile, real estate, and asset management sectors – which, by means of an agreed business, economic and financial plan, obtained the revocation of the current state of liquidation.
