Fincantieri and the Mer Mec group share in the operations of Vitrociset, a company providing training and support services in the ICT segment of the defence and security markets, and active in the logistics, transportation and aerospace industries.

CBA’s multidisciplinary team coordinated by Partner Paolo Esposito assisted Mer Mec (a member of Vito Pertosa’s Angel group), which will follow up Vitrociset’s operations dedicated to the strategic areas of aerospace, transportation, infrastructure, cybersecurity and IoT.
