CBA advises Italmatch Chemicals at funding closing

The team led by Diego De Francesco and Paolo Ferrandi advised Italmatch Chemicals – the portfolio subsidiary of the Ardian fund – on the tax aspects of the group investment plan funding transaction.
In the future of Italmatch Chemicals, a specialty chemicals leading group, supplementary expansion dealings are envisaged to carry on its worldwide development and consolidation.
