CBA’s team jointly headed by partner Mattia Dalla Costa, on the legal aspects, and Francesco Assegnati, on the tax aspects, advised GlaxoSmithKline in the transaction leading to the setup of the company’s offices in building B25. The property lies in the former Magazzini Generali area in Verona and its refurbishment is underway. In the course of the negotiations, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Verona Vicenza Belluno e Ancona, as its earlier owner, has transferred the property to “Verona Property” Fund, managed by Torre SGR.
