CBA advises Exprivia on the tax issues of its acquisition of an 81% stake in Italtel

Angelo Bonissoni has assisted Exprivia on the tax aspects relating to the structuring of the acquisition of an 81% stake in Italtel’s ordinary shares – an Italian leading telecommunication company – with a € 25 mn investment. The closing is expected to take place by the year-end.
