CBA advises BPER on its € 16.65 m refinancing of a solar plant portfolio in Sicily

CBA’s team coordinated by Daniela Viaggio and supported by partners Paolo Esposito, on legal issues, and Michele Citarella, on tax issues, assisted BPER Banca in drafting and negotiating the financial documents relating to a € 16.65 m portfolio of solar plants situated in Augusta and owned by Sicilia Solare (a special purpose vehicle ultimately controlled by Delos Power).
