CBA advises Banks engaged in Monteverde di Navigazione and Montegreen’s debt restructuring

The shipping companies Monteverde di Navigazione and Montegreen of Naples, predominantly active in the mining and steel industry, for Italian coastal trading and the Mediterranean basin, completed a debt restructuring transaction with the lending banks aimed at the group’s reorganization and relaunch.
CBA’s Restructuring & Insolvency team coordinated by Partner Matteo Bascelli advised the banks.
