CBA advises Arcadia SGR

The Arcadia Small Cap fund, managed by Arcadia SGR, acquired 100% of H-old S.p.A., a company specialized in the manufacturing of special adhesive tapes for industrial use, particularly in the electro-mechanical, automotive, shipping and building industries. CBA’s team headed by Giuseppe Galeano advised Arcadia Small Cap on the acquisition issues.
