CBA advises Antirion SGR in the acquisition of Carige’s Milan offices

The team coordinated by Roberto Brustia advises Antirion SGR on the handover of Carige’s Milan offices at Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The preliminary sale agreement of the property, for an aggregate value of 107.5 million euro, will be executed and delivered on or prior November 30, 2017. The Transaction was launched by Fondo Immobiliare Antirion Global Comparto Core, a multi-segment reserved alternative investment fund managed by Antirion SGR.
