CBA advises Allsystem on the acquisition of IVRI to bring to life a giant of the security and private vigilance sector

Allsystem and IVRI announced to have reached an agreement on the new entity owned by Allsystem, which will take control over IVRI. The completion of the transaction will be subject to the Italian Antitrust Authority’s approval, and the agreement will inaugurate an entity with a 400 million aggregate turnover, 6,000 employees, over 80,000 customers, and offices in all Italian districts.
CBA advised Allsystem on both the legal (Paolo Esposito) and the tax aspects (Michele Citarella).
