CBA advises Alcedo on the acquisition of Duplomatic from Progressio

Alcedo SGR, acting through the Alcedo IV Fund, purchased an 80% stake in Duplomatic Oleodinamica for 27 million Euro. The seller is the Progressio Investimenti II fund, managed by Progressio SGR. Diego De Francesco’s team advised Alcedo on the accounting and tax aspects.
