CBA advises AEDES on Investietico’s assets

The assets will be assigned to Eurosic via two newly established reserved real estate AIF, for a consideration of Euro 120.5 mn, and the transaction is expected to be executed on or before 30th September 2016.
The team headed by Francesco Assegnati advised AEDES on the tax and legal aspects of the master agreement relating to the transfer of all of the remaining real estate assets of the Investietico fund.
