The CBA team headed by Paolo Esposito advised Seaside Srl – a company in the Italgas Group operating in the field of energy efficiency – on the acquisition of a minority stake in Enerpaper Srl – a Turin-based start-up that developed a solution for the thermal insulation of buildings. CBA covered all the legal aspects related to the due diligence and the negotiation of the investment agreement and Shareholders’ agreement.
