CBA advised Banca d’Alba on the financing granted to Azienda Consortile Mercato Ortofrutticolo del Roero
CBA Studio Legale e Tributario assisted Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Alba, Langhe, Roero e del Canavese Società Cooperativa on a financing transaction granted to Azienda Consortile Mercato Ortofrutticolo del Roero. The facility is aimed at supporting the advancement of works under the broader project for the redevelopment and efficiency improvement of the Mercato Ortofrutticolo del Roero. The initiative benefits from public funding of up to EUR 10 billion made available through Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
CBA advised the lender on all aspects related to the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the finance documentation. The team was led by partner Francesco Dialti, with associates Valentina Bombino and Lucrezia Ghezzi handling finance matters, and senior associate Barbara Orlando and trainee Anna Caggiu advising on administrative law aspects.
SIT S.r.l. and its parent company Finpiemonte Partecipazioni S.p.A. were assisted by the Banking and Financial Regulatory Department of WST Law & Tax Firm. The firm advised on the preparation and negotiation of the finance documentation with Banca d’Alba, as well as on the drafting and negotiation of technical and financial partnership agreements with Azienda Consortile Mercato Ortofrutticolo del Roero concerning, among other things, the development and management of photovoltaic systems.
