CBA acting as tax advisor of Finint Xenios in the funding to finalize the refurbishment of Hotel Brun in Milan

The tax team composed of Francesco Assegnati, Michele Citarella and associate Giuseppe Serranò advised the Finint Xenios Fund on the tax issues of the agreements relating to the lessee, and the regulatory aspects of a loan issued by the Banks to fund the refurbishment of historical Hotel Brun in Milan.
