In the context of the process of conversion into law of the “Small Adjustments”, i.e. some amendments submitted by in the Budget, Treasury and Planning Committee, lawmakers seem to be commendably obliged to intervene on the current financial system in order to provide it with more effective instruments for the “active management” of NPLs.
