Little more than two years after the European Court of Justice ruled on the abuse of Council Directive 90/435/EEC (Parent-Subsidiary, joint cases C-116/16 and C-117/16), the High Court of Eastern Denmark (Østre Landsret), which had suspended judgments and sought a preliminary ruling from the EU judge, decided on the TDC and NetApp cases (rulings of May 3, 2021).
