The Court of Appeals of Venice , in a ruling dated January 4, 2023, ruled in the well-known case involving Banca Popolare di Vicenza and its top management in relation to the commission of the crimes of stock manipulation, false prospectus and obstructing the exercise of the functions of public supervisory authorities, confirming the charges of criminal liability already recognized by the first judge.
