French private equity fund Ardian acquired a majority stake into the Irca group, one of the most prominent Italian and European producers and suppliers of ingredients and semi-finished products for pastry, bakery and ice creams. Ardian was advised by CBA’s team headed by Diego De Francesco and Paolo Ferrandi.
