CBA-DeHeng: the agreement aims at creating synergies and business grouping

On 1st October 2015, at CBA’s premises in Milan, a Round Table entitled “Chinese investments in Italy: a consolidating trend?” took place in the presence of the Chinese representatives of the DeHeng law firm.
Both of our law firms explained their agreements whereby synergies and grouping among companies of both Countries are expected to be facilitated. The alliance has gained momentum, and an Italian and Chinese task force has been dedicated to this project the aim of monitoring our respective markets and establish a privileged relationship.
