Paolo Esposito recently obtained the Council of State’s successful outcome, as they received the precautionary petition of a water supply company and demanded the Regional Administrative Courts to perform in-depth inquiries on the exclusion effected by the Italian Authority for Energy. This may lead to improved tolerance in the policy for assessment of registrations of renewables systems with the Italian Authority for Energy (Milliwatt case).
