CBA advises Principia SGR on the acquisition of a 45% stake in Comecer S.p.A.

Diego De Francesco and Francesca Marchiori advised Principia SGR on the tax matters relating to the acquisition of a 45% shareholding in Comecer Sp.A.. Besides, CBA’s team was also engaged in the structuring of the transaction.
