The Court of Milan certified that Section Commissioners General (in charge of the Expo stands) are Institutional Governmental Bodies. As a result of such a decision, the Court dismissed for voidness a writ of precautionary seizure granted in favour of an employee against a Section Commissioner General defended by CBA Studio Legale e Tributario’s team headed by Gianvito Riccio headed by Giuseppe Serranò.
