CBA in the securitisation of Gruppo Carige’s receivables (€ 700 mn)

The team headed by Counsel Daniela Sorgato assisted the originators of the Carige Group in the securitisation of the claims arising from unsecured and mortgage-backed loans that Banca Carige had granted to SMEs for an aggregate value exceeding Euro 700 million.
