CBA assists Ardian in the sale of Lima Corporate S.p.A. to the EQT fund

The team led by Diego De Francesco and Paolo Ferrandi advised the Ardian fund on the tax issues of the transfer of its majority stake held in Lima Corporate S.p.A. (an Italian multinational company manufacturing orthopaedic prostheses) to the Swedish fund EQT.
