CBA wins Legalcommunity Tax Awards 2016

Last Tuesday, 22 March, at Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia “Leonardo da Vinci” di Milano, the winners were announced of the Legalcommunity Tax Awards 2016. CBA was awarded another outstanding prize:
Angelo Bonissoni: Advisor of the Year for the Tax Treatment of Restructuring Transactions
Clients, counterparties and competitors celebrated Angelo as one of the most active and qualified advisor in the field. Besides the widespread consensus, he advised on the tax issues of a large number of corporate restructuring transactions.
