CBA on Banks’ side for ITAV debt restructuring

The agreement with the banks for the restructuring of debts of Interporto Toscano Amerigo Vespucci (ITAV) has been successfully entered into.
The team headed by Matteo Bascelli advised 15 credit institutions on an aggregate debt exposure of approximately 60 million during the whole transaction.
