CBA advises Finanziaria Internazionale to set up the H-Campus fund

The team headed by Francesco Assegnati advised Finanziaria Internazionale Investments SGR S.p.A. on the tax law issues affecting the transaction structure, whereby investments will be made into a real estate fund to develop H-Campus (a state-of-the-art centre for education and vocational activities in the region of Venetia).
