CBA advised Ambienta SGR with the structuring the acquisition transaction of an add-on relating to its subsidiary Tattile

The private equity fund, Ambienta SGR, announced that Lakesight Holding GmbH is acquiring the German company Chromasens GmbH. The transaction falls within a broader corporate restructuring of Lakesight Technologies Holding, already included in the investment portfolio of the Ambienta Fund.
The CBA’s team led by Giuseppe Galeano and Francesca Marchiori assisted Ambienta SGR on the tax issues and the structuring of the transaction.
