CBA undertakes tax due diligence on behalf of Ambienta in view of its foreign development investment in Safim

Giuseppe Galeano’s team dealt with the tax issues connected with the execution of Ambienta’s investment into Safim, a company specialized in the manufacturing of critical items for the operation of on-board hydraulic circuits for agriculture, building or logistics heavy weight vehicles. First established in the 70s, the company has a turnover of Euro 30 million and, for the time being, a workforce of 150 people.
Ambienta’s investment is aimed at providing support to the company in order to seize further opportunities to expand its business in foreign markets.
