CBA’s partner Michele Citarella advised on the tax aspects relating to the acquisition by Ardian North America Direct Buyout fund of a 100% stake in Dynamich Technologies S.p.A., an Italian company active in the engineering and production of fluids treatment systems and aluminium precision instruments for the automotive industry.
