CBA in the loan to the Pantheon fund for the purchase and development of two real estates in Rome

UniCredit granted funding to the Pantheon Investment Fund to purchase and develop two real estates situated at via Liguria, in Rome. The project will be developed by Omnam (a player specialising in sizeable properties) through the Pantheon Investment Fund, managed by Kryalos SGR. CBA’s team headed by Francesco Dialti advised the Fund in connection with the loan aspects.
