CBA assists Galileo Network in the execution of a framework agreement with Leidner & Thiesen GmbH likely to give rise to a number of JV in over 150 countries worldwide

CBA’s team headed by Mattia Dalla Costa assisted Galileo Network, an Italian leading company in the supply of outsourcing services and consulting to the credit consortia sector, with the execution of a framework agreement eligible to give rise to a number of Joint Ventures in more than 150 countries worldwide with the German group Leidner & Thiesen GmbH and its subsidiaries. According to this agreement, a global cooperation will be put in place through specific IT appliances, outstanding background and foreground IP and know-how tools to operate financial flows, banking guarantees, and German state aid to emerging markets and developing countries.
