CBA advises Savills SGR on the reorganisation of the Margherita and Daisy Nord Ovest Funds and the financing of part of the related real estate assets
CBA Studio Legale e Tributario advised Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A. on a broader extraordinary transaction aimed at the reorganisation of the reserved AIFs Margherita and Daisy Nord Ovest, as well as the execution of a financing facility provided by BNL BNP Paribas, which was advised by the law firm Dentons.
The multidisciplinary CBA team, involved in the tax, legal and regulatory aspects, was led by partner Francesco Assegnati, supported by senior associates Giuseppe Serranò and Andrea Motta, and associate Leonardo Casaleno; and by partner Francesco Dialti, with the support of senior associate Vincenzo Cimmino and associate Valentina Bombino.
The transaction was managed by the finance and business development teams of Savills Investment Management SGR, respectively composed of Silvia Roselli and Sara Morganti, and Pierluigi Solitario, Filippo Caranzano and Enrico Maggio.
