CBA advises Banco BPM on a EUR 45 million financing to the Sardinia Health & Research Property Fund

CBA advised Banco BPM in connection with the negotiation and structuring of a EUR 45 million financing granted to Silver Fir Capital SGR S.p.A., acting as management company of the closed-end real estate alternative investment fund reserved to professional investors named “Sardinia Health & Research Property Fund” – advised by Chiomenti. The financing was aimed at refinancing part of the costs incurred by the fund for the contribution of the real estate complex of the Mater Olbia Hospital and an adjacent 32-hectare plot of land.
The transaction is intended to enhance the value of the property complex without altering its existing governance structure, ensuring the continuity and quality of the healthcare services provided.

CBA assisted the lending bank with all aspects related to the structuring of the transaction, including the drafting and negotiation of the finance documentation, with a team led by partner Francesco Dialti and composed of senior associate Vincenzo Cimmino, associate Valentina Bombino, and trainee Lucrezia Ghezzi.

The fund was advised by Chiomenti with a team composed of partner Luca Bonetti and associates Matteo Venuta and Bianca Manzini.
