CBA Studio Legale e Tributario acted as Italian legal counsel to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent, joint lead arranger and global coordinator, in connection with a new USD 4.5 billion revolving credit facility granted to Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. was advised by Simpson Thacher, acting as lead legal counsel.

The CBA team was led by partner Francesco Dialti, with the support of senior associate Vincenzo Cimmino, associates Sean Parker and Valentina Bombino, and trainee Lucrezia Ghezzi.

Carnival was advised on Italian law matters by Norton Rose Fulbright, with a team led by partner Gennaro Mazzuoccolo and supported by associates Chiara Conti and Leone Sgaravatti.
