CBA expands its Corporate M&A Practice with Partner Daniele Landi
As part of its growth strategy, CBA welcomes attorney Daniele Landi as Partner, together with attorney Francesco Marotti as Associate.
This appointment confirms the Firm’s commitment to integrating its M&A and Corporate Governance practices and to reinforcing its position in Rome.
Daniele advises Italian and foreign companies on corporate and commercial law matters. He brings extensive experience in identifying strategic opportunities, in the end-to-end management of M&A transactions for corporate clients, in corporate restructurings and in advising the boards of directors of joint-stock companies on governance matters. His client base operates in strategic sectors such as transportation and logistics, oil & gas, betting & gaming, luxury and aerospace & defense.
